If you come here where I live and say you're Indian no one would believe.
Have you visited Europe, Vyasa? I think there no one would guess you as Indian at the first time as well.

I actually rarely see any noses like that or the other types above irl. germanic noses look entirely different

Nah I haven't done the Euro trip yet. I"ll do that next year
Actually some Brazilians told me I look Euro not Indian... I get mistaken for MENA far more than Euro though. However, I don't think I look MENA tbh

You don't look stereotypically indian. Most South Asians have a distinct look, but you lack that (you're also nrth indian though, and they're very west shifted). I think you could pass in the Levant, Afghanistan, and even Sicily.
