Pantelis Kapetanos (the first Greek in that thread) comes from the same city (Ptolemaida) as Karagiolides. Here's another picture of Kapetanos, he resembles Karagiolides imo:

Moras is a total different story:

Cromagnid with Nordoid (Atlanto-Nordoid) and Easteuropid (Baltid? Westbaltid?) influence in my opinion, the latter best recognized by the eye area and the somewhat broader cheekbones.

Regarding Easteuropid: As a well known fact, there has been Slavic influence in Greece, though it was less important than the influence Albanians exerted (from a genetical, racial point of view) in Greece (more the Western parts). Easteuropid phenotypes can be found quite frequently in the Northeastern parts of Greece. The city the subject comes from seems to be in the North of Greece.

However, Cromagnid of an unknown subtype seems to be dominant.

If I hadn't been told that he was Greek, I would have given German or Polish as my first choices

Looks slavic and surely he is among the handsome race.
I'd say north pontid, but maybe I am wrong.

If he, or northern Greece for that matter, was influenced by some Slavic subtypes then from where he's from would make sense. Slavs(and Celts as well) invaded Greece by way of the Morava/Vardar river valley. He's a fair Cro-magnoid, that's all.

Westbaltid is another possibility.
There is Easteuropid influence for sure.

He has or he hasn't some "Slavic" ancestry, fair haired Greeks existed before, during and after slavic invasions. Slavic or blonde Greek doesn't necessarily mean Baltid though.

All I see is some Nordid with UP influences, I'd guess northern German or Dutch if I didn't know he's Greek.

Baltid with East Nordid.

He could be Polish, Ukrainian or German.

He is got something eastern even lappid/lappoid (!), i w'd say... IMHO its mostly visible around the eye region/cheek bones. I ve seen his type many times in Greece by the way. Noway typical, rather atypical to be honest, but his type is present around.

Balkan CroMagnid with Baltid as well as Pelasgian influences. Probably has some Bulgarian ancestry, to explain the Baltid. Kapetanos, on the other hand, looks very pure Aryan:

Moras looks Aryan as well, only of a more effeminate type.
