"Carthaginian" province roughly corresponds to the actual Carthaginian territories from 500 years prior (just before the Second Punic War) if we also include the Baetica province. I'm impressed by the boundaries' similarities, but I don't think Carthage ever reached Segovia.

For that reason the small grudge of envy that some other European countries have to Spain comes from far if we add to the discovery of America that many of these European countries were Spanish colonies because it is as if they can not stand but obviously have to accept the greatness of a country that one day served.
