Unsurprisingly, Greek is the top choice, and this person has much less Middle Eastern than the people from Palermo, Messina, Agrigento, etc.

Here is someone from Palermo for comparison. They are about 10% more MENA.

I was more interested on the Greek, and the difference seems huge. Interesting.

For comparison most of Agrigento results seem in the 30-40% Greek range, Trapani wildly varies from like, 20% to 55%, Messina I've seen as low as 0% to as high as 60%. Highest for a Palermitan was 35%. The one I saw from Catania got 50% or so also.
As for the MENA it is highest in Messina, Agrigento, and Palermo.
