Download datasheets and nMone script: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B4Uc-Zlam2jBdktEWjlYeFA0bnM
Three datasheets:
1. mesolithic, neolithic, chalcolithic
2. Bronze Age, Iron age, early medieval
3. all samples from all ages
In R use those commands for them:
source('nMonte2.R')
getMonte('k36ancient_HG_neolithic_CHL.csv', 'test.csv')
source('nMonte2.R')
getMonte('k36ancient_BA_IA.csv', 'test.csv')
source('nMonte2.R')
getMonte('k36ancient.csv', 'test.csv')[/SIZE]
Hot to use nMonte: http://www.anthrogenica.com/showthread.php?6452-How-to-Use-nMonte
or ask me for doing:)

LOL, your attempt of copying my oracle failed.
I do something different, I have different periods. :)
And I'm making a PDF ancestry report with maps.
1. mesolithic, neolithic, chalcolithic
2. Bronze Age, Iron age, early medieval
This division does not make any sense.
It is originally MY IDEA, and I did it for free before:

Now I made a better version and I make ancestry reports.
You pay for my report and maps, not just for ancestry run.

Lol what? I have different periods and I copy you? Many if the kits you use are my uploads. Or other people freely avaiable since months. And you gathered in diffwrent division than me and you are the lonely author? I'm also author because you use my kits

To me it seems like most Albanians have some west Slavic ancestry/east germanic from early medieval ages going by some of these results including some of litvins threads on Albanian average that conventional autosomal tests like dna land , MyOrigins etc just dont show for many of us but the autosomal matches some of us get do. Either that or we are just matching these through bronze age ancestry.
https://www.theapricity.com/forum/showthread.php?218059-Modeling-Albanians-as-mixes-of-250-ancient-samples
There were also some other threads where people were posting their results and everyone got this czech slav who was apparently 50% celto germanic and 50% slavic , similar to east germanic and west slavic people and east germanic.
Could there be other type of ancestry that is not showing , such as migrations from Levant and Anatolia into Balkans during Roman Empire.
23andme does show some northwest and east european noise for some but the genes must of been dilluted.
So it seems like slavs migrated from west poland/central europe or something rather than east (ukraine, russia) and nordtvedts research puts expansion of i2a din from poland as they found its anxestral there.
Seems like original home of proto serbs was west poland where the Sorbs still reside and have been connected to the Serbs.

It is funny how that autistic Polak Litvin write in all his nonsense (it has no value) Czech_Slav. This person is so jealous of us, it is not even possible.
It is funny how that autistic Polak Litvin write in all his nonsense (it has no value) Czech_Slav. This person is so jealous of us, it is not even possible.
Wtf? He's not the one who called it Czech Slavs, it was labeled as such in a new report mathieson et al 2017 but the person isnt genetically that Slavic but was a Slavic speaker and a woman.
Two Bohemian Bell Beaker genomes from Allentoft et al. 2015 - RISE568 and RISE569 - are labeled as early Czech Slavs in the new Mathieson et al. 2017 preprint (see rows 148 and 149 in the spreadsheet here).
Obviously these samples were initially wrongly dated to the Bronze Age and misidentified. They really date to 600-900 CE and 660-770 calCE, respectively. It's an unfortunate mistake, but also an interesting situation, because they've been analyzed in great detail in several papers and on this blog, and no one suspected that anything was wrong.
So the fact that these two Medieval Slavs from East Central Europe passed so convincingly for eastern Bell Beakers is a hint of very strong genetic continuity in the region since the Bronze Age. Indeed, they're very similar to present-day Czechs, western Poles (from Poznan), and eastern Germans, except perhaps with lower excess Western Hunter-Gatherer (WHG) ancestry and higher Yamnaya-related ancestry.
This is where RISE569, the higher coverage of the two genomes, clusters in my Principal Component Analysis (PCA) of West Eurasian populations.
Unfortunately, both are females, so there's no Y-DNA data. But I suspect that if there was, we'd probably know something was wrong, because their Y-chromosome haplogroups may have turned out to be relatively young Slavic-specific subclades of R1a-M548 and/or R1a-Z280.
See also...
So seems these are quite Yamnaya shifted and little WHG and could be we are getting it through such ancestry rather than actual Slavic expansion. I guess the expansion / migration is just a guess (?)... who knows. Obviously since Albanians have some ydnas related to Slavs and took Slavic brides it could be Slavic ancestry.
I also got little WHG on these reports compared to gedmatch calcs.
Where they plot:

I would like to see some Greek, Italian results and other Balkan result to get a better conclusion and understanding.

Doesnt matter. It had to be written by a Polack. Use your head there is no connection between eg Albanians and Czechs (btw. How can anybody make conclusions about something by two samples btw.). These studies are full of selfhater's lies who manipulate with "research" to get better feelings about their ancestors.

We also get Poland and East Germanic and it says that rise556 labeled as Czech Slav is also similar to west polaks. Nobody is saying that there is a connection with Albanians and Czechs. Just that there was obviously a Slavic migration from those areas. Not only Albanians neccessarily get this but probably Greeks too etc.
Yeah, there are many people who are biased but I dont see whats there to manipulate here as an Albanian here himself ran the test and trust me they dont want Slavic Czech ancestry neccessarily. These people didn't make them AFAIK.
You're just making wild accusations.

These studies are full of selfhater's lies who manipulate with "research" to get better feelings about their ancestors.
It doesn't indicate ancestry. It's genetical similarity. It doesn't make sense from a population point of view. It's only as a hypotethical sum at the end, not very useful I agree.
Ok. I'm free now and I will do results which aren't done yet by others:)
What do you think about the early czech slav, poland and east germanic we get , is it just shared bronze age ancestry or actual medieval slavic/germanic ancestry? Once again these "tests" have no value.
If it goes for Czechs these "tests" are usually made by a amateur crazy Polack who takes one sample from Silesia (small area in the CzechR on the Polish border) to prove that Czechs are close to Polaks. They are not normal.
Once again it is impossible to make conclusions about a population when an representative group of samples is not available.
Btw1. it is well known that people who are tested are very often different than the rest of population. They have eg suspicion their grand-grand father was a foreigner and they want to get a confirmation.
Btw2. Stop calling us Slavs

Bear in mind we have extremaly low number of early Slavic samples (two from Czechia, one from Poland - Niemcza). There were labeled here not by me but in official papers.
So every Balkanite will got some share of those two Czech samples, unless we will get in next papers some new Slavic samples.
As for Roman and early medieval Germanics, similar situation. We have few only Anglosaxon, one Swedish sample and Wielbark samples as references for Germanics form those times. But in case of Balkan we know that were Gothic migration here, so it could be really such ancestry (post Wielbark).

Shared Bronze Age ancestry I think it is also some part of those samples in Albanian results. Ideal situation is to make for each Age separate datasheet, but there are too small samples. Maybe for few years it will be possible:)

Of course everybody can do by himself some summaririzng of results. I don't have time for it LOL:)
For example King John "Ancestry Report" from K36 Ancient - ALL AGES. For Askhenazi / Sephardi quite consistent.
Bronze Age Greece - 28,1%
Bronze Age Levant - 18,6%
Bronze Age Armenia - 17,4%
neolithic Levant - 13,9%
Bronze Age Central Europe - 8,3%
neolithic Europe - 3,65%
neolithic and chalcolithic Iran - 3,4%
early Slavic - 3,05%
early Baltic - 1,75%
Celto-Germanic - 1,70%
Once again these "tests" have no value.
If it goes for Czechs these "tests" are usually made by a amateur crazy Polack who takes one sample from Silesia (small area in the CzechR on the Polish border) to prove that Czechs are close to Polaks. They are not normal.
Once again it is impossible to make conclusions about a population when an representative group of samples is not available.
Btw1. it is well known that people who are tested are very often different than the rest of population. They have eg suspicion their grand-grand father was a foreigner and they want to get a confirmation.
Btw2. Stop calling us Slavs
Yeah, im sure everyone that ever tested is different from their population that never tested and surely didnt test out of other interests. Right? Im sure suspecting foreign ancestry means its true... yeah, explains why people tested match other people tested from their ethnixc group and neighboring populations, because they are very different.
What exactly is your issue, youre butthurt that some are getting this czech including other Balkanites and think this makes you somehow connected, as you seem to want to be isolated. out of rage you throw random accusations and even
Being called slavs and related to slavs , thats your issue?
They didnt take those samples to prove polaks are similar, they took the Czech samples they had and compared them with Polish samples they had. This is for fun and better than nothing. If it bothers you much why dont you test more Czechs if there are lack of samples as you claim.
No , these things dont show ancestry .. although for some very old samples like bronze age armenia it is obviously such but the Czech slav etc could be just shared genetics/ancestry from ancient populations but you even deny that as you obviously have some complexes. And its not just Czechia but polaks, east germanic we got.
Considering Balkans was settled by slavs, germanics etc people from central europe area etc it could mean such ancestry but some Albanians here are so fucking delusional they think there is no such input even though we got some ydnas from those people like I1, i2a, r1a etc and thats just counting paternal ancestry. And we need more Albanian samples from all areas, especially south, and im sure such input would increase.... but funny youre talking about lack of samples...... if there are lack of samples of czechs then how do you know there is no connection with Albanians or not, or even Polaks? See what I did there?
Czechia borders Poland. Its normal there is a similarity. I see what your issue here is , you obviously have some complexes and actually thought its saying theres a connection with Albanians and Czechs.. not that i want anything to do with czechs.. i wish i had samurai ancestry , should i make it true by lying to oneself? .all humans are related... you dont wanna be related to anyone out of your complexes ''ahhh dont call us slavs'' '.. to the point you ignore scientific research that gives us atleast a sigth . Me? I just go with the flow, it is whatever it is.
Its obviously you who are unsure about your ancestry and your people?
These things are for fun and give us a sight into things one way or the other.
Ahhjhhhhhhhh these polaks are trying to make themselves related to Czechs ... im sure it will be a life achievement to be related to czechs and will change their lives forever. Lmfao
If you actually take a look at the link i posted it explains very well about bronze age continuity in czechia, east germany, west poland etc etc etc. But nooooo its becsuse they all wanna be related to czechs!!!!!! It is a conspiracy.
How do you know youre not related or that there is no connection? You dont , but you have a predisposed agenda for it, same for what you said about Albanians.
How do you know no slavic speakers from Czechia, poland etc and east germanics etc migrated down to the Balkans when genetics and history show they did? If
Do you see that the exact thing you are accusing people of is exactly what you are doing, to make your population seem in a certain way be it historically or genetically.. to fit your own agenda and live in denial instead of actually bringing research to the table yourself for your arguements.
Its always amusing when people with no knowledge of these things, chauvunistic with an agenda like you chime in. Youre obviously delusional and biased. But this place is filled with people like you but take a chill pill.
I can run these things myself, get more samples etc,
OP even mentioned there are only two samples for medieval.

1. I have heard that about people with different ancestors from a genetic researcher. A real genetic researcher. Not a crazy internet amateur.
2. Try to understand it is impossible to make conclusions about a whole population from a sample of two people.
3. Polaks always take Czech samples, not Ukrainian, Russian but always Czech. Not for fun but because they are selfaheters and they want to be close to us. (They want to make an impression they are close to us but not to Ukrainian, etc. The opposite is true. Come on dont try to teach me to know Polaks.
4. No they take samples from Silesia because there lives a Polish comunity. It is only a myth that a nation who border another nation have to be mixed with each other. My neighbor is a 90yo lady we dont even speak to each other. I didnt get why anyone thought there had to be a 'connection between nations who border each other. Such a nonsense.

Czechs are mixed people, that's what we learn ať schools that what is right.
In "genetical meaning" there are not pure Slavic nation, at least here in the Central Europe - nor Czechs , nor Poles, nor Slovaks.
Each nation is more or less mixed.
But I learned at school that the most peoples of Europe belongs to following language families:
Germanic
Romance
Slavic
Ugrofinnic
I never labeled anyone at this forum as a subhuman, even for his/her ethnical origin, my dear fellow Czech.
I am not a self-hater, for speaking Czech, what is a Slavic language.
Lacking of arguments leads to attacking ad hominem.
I am not a Pole, I am a Czech from Moravia.
Among my great-grandparents were:
7 Czech speaking Moravians
1 Polish speaking Silesian
If I am a Pole for you - OK, but I consider myself as a Czech and I think that it is not a shame to have some Polish ancestry.
If I will go more back to my family history, I will find also some German-speaking Moravians and even Bohemians. It does not make me a Sudeten German,
but I dont think that it is a shame to have some ancestry of this kind.
One Czech diplomat said about our nation smt. like this:
We are Western Slavs. Too western to be Russians, too Slavic to be Bavarians.
I agree with him

Polaks are one of the purest nation in Europe and yes they hate it. It is impossible to compare them with Czechs.
But I understand why you said that - you are one of them living in their area, so you will always stay next to them and be anti-Czech.
You have to know that the Czech identity is about "we are crossroad of Europe, mixed people" that a Slavic nonsense means nothing for an average Czech but you will never admit that because it is against your Polish roots.
Western Slavs is a language group, nothing more. Czechs an Polaks are actually the opposite to each other. What Polaks are we hate, we are not tradicionalists, catholists, nationalists, etc.
I guess that diplomat said it for a Polish audience. Hypocrite.
And yes the word subhumans is used quite often in this forum, not by me but you asked for that.

Polaks are one of the purest nation in Europe
I don't think so, I guess we are just mixed in different proportions and with different groups than Czechs. Remember, that there are 58-60 million Poles in the world, compared to only 10-12 million Czechs, and Poles are more diverse, while Czechs are more similar to each other (or homogeneous):

These ancestry reports are mostly for fun. What actually matters in a practical way, are medical genetic reports. I ordered a Promethease report and I'm very happy about my results. For example:

In my opinion you should do this test, Psycholia.
I'm quite sure that you have some genes which mess up with your brain.

It does not make me a Sudeten German,
It's the Polish one-drop rule. You are Polish if you only have one Polish ancestor.

Czech racists like Psycholia claim: "Polaks are the purest in Europe". While from German racists I heard the opposite before: "Polaks are mixed bastards". Now tell me who is right?

But I understand why you said that - you are one of them living in their area, so you will always stay next to them and be anti-Czech.

No arguments by you and Poles were said. Only butthurt OT insults. I started with criticism (eg nobody can make conslusions by a sample of two people, etc.). People should be prudent to "truth" they are claimed on intrenet.
As for genetics they should take seriously only words of real geneticists (and valuable stadies eg. only representative samples can give an answer about a population), not by internet amaters - people who are much into this usually want to find their own value in their "dna history/similarities, etc.). No OT didnt have to be here if you read what I wrote first.
It was you and your friends who were butthurt by that and started OT.

Could you show me a connection between these three posts? You know I am retarted I cant see it.
1. These two samples from CzR were called Czech_Slav, no other samples were called liked that and I said why.
2. Two samples says nothing about the rest of the population.
3. I said you you dont have to be afraid there was no real connection between Czechs and Albanians. You were starting with you theories "maybe Czechs imigrate to Albania". Come on.
4. Now you are sharing posts who have no connection betwween each other.
God damn youre stupid

God damn youre stupid
I said a few post ago if there are no arguments only insults remain. You are another proof I was right.
To be honest I didnt get why you support this OT, but well evidently you dont need any reasons. Have a nice day.

It is evident going south in Italy Myceanean steadily grows up.
And Sizzo is really Germanic influenced to some extent comparing to North Italian average.

Thank you very much mlukas. Excellent job!
I am not rude, I am honest. And I am not like that to everybody (only to "people" Like selfhater Vandal or Litvin). And yes Czechs are well know for being honest and yes some people call it being rude.
And of course Mikula is in silence. When there ar no arguments only personal insults remain. :)

The Italian makes you so curvy & THICK :yumyum:
I said a few post ago if there are no arguments only insults remain. You are another proof I was right.
To be honest I didnt get why you support this OT, but well evidently you dont need any reasons. Have a nice day.
Those Czechs are not modern Czechs, they date back to the medieval ages and were found in Czechia by scientists, they are the ones who named it Early Medieval Czech Slav as thats what they date back to , one is named
Rise569 and is a person from Czech republic that dates back to slavic migrations / early medieval ages, it was first believed to be a bronze age and indo european as it seemed quite unchanged.
, it has nothing to do with Litvin, me or the OP. Then they have published the DNA of this person and people have added it to gedmatch etc and we are just playing around with it here and using the same name.
EMA = Early Medieval
These two Czechs date back to the Slavic migration period when Slavic tribes migrated from the east and into modern day Czechia etc where they absorbed Germanic and Celtic tribes. Basically modern Czechs are a mix of such. Nobody is saying that Czechs are genetically Slavs as there is no such thing. Not even Polaks. Those ydna distributions don't show that they are paternally pure Slavs, neither are you taking into account the maternal ancestry. Russians are Chuvash shifted due to mongolid ancestry while Czechs are similar to East Germanics and West Polaks probably, quite central European. Being Slavic is rather a linguistic term. Not to mention people have migrated and absorbed other populations etc. Even before entering Europe, it would be impossible to be pure Slavic or pure Indo European. Or even pure Ilyrian/Thracian as they even absorbed some people during Roman Empire and early medieval ages etc.
And those scientists are not Polish but geneticists like David Reich, Matheison et al, I already posted to you link to download the paper. Their main focus was the Balkans where they found ancient DNA, including my ydna in a bronze age site in Dalmatia believed to be from a proto Ilyrian, but you're just throwing random accusations.
Here is David Reich in a video
https://youtu.be/IZjbp_LepPM
While Ian Mathieson is British I think.
And here is the print of some ancient findings in Balkans and neighboring areas including those Medieval Czechs that I alrwady posted to you.
The Genomic History of South East Europe/Mathieson et al 2017 (http://www.biorxiv.org/content/early/2017/05/09/135616)
There was already a thread about it on TA. No I2a1b was found in the Balkans, supporting the theory that it came with Slavic and other migrations and Ken Nordtvedt's research about it.
As for these programs and calculators, they have nothing to do with these professionals but they arent made by any of us either, anybody can use them with a computer and samples. they are designed to give you back a 100% score no matter what, they just match your scores or DNA with the population or individuals they have closest to you in their database, in this case these are ancient individual samples and not population although these two Medieval Czechs were similar to modern Czechs , East Germanics and Western Polaks.
Same for gedmatch oracles, they are designed to give you a population back no matter what and the number shows its distance.
In terms of ancestry report, these things are absolutely useless IMO.
Others I didnt get any slavic but got austria , saudi and even karachay. I don't think its possible to detect medieval Slavic, Germanic ancestry for an Albanian or Greek here or with any of these calculators unless you are recently mixed like your grandmother or something but its not possible to detect such medieval ancestry as most of us are getting it and we dont get these things on oracles for example as top match , its nonsense. Unless you are really atypical for your ethnicity and you are getting very different results.
These things have nothing to do with the OP, Litvin or me. We are not behind the naming of these things. And has nothing to do with making your population look good bla bla bla. Bla bla...... all we have done is take the gedmatch kit nr of these people and added their scores from gedmatch calcs and to these programs etc. Anybody with a computer can do that and you can get a lot of ancient gedmatch samples on anthrogenica.
And no we are not using two modern Czechs here to represent Czech people and no , this program doesnt list every person in their database it just gives you closest to what they have.

Drenicak, and why are you saying me that? You dont have to rewrite here that. I read what the research was about before of course.
You didnt get what I was saying - the terminologie (OP) is not accurate. The way of label (OP) is not the same for all samples, look at it once again and I am pretty sure you will finally get it. It is confusing and disrespectful.
It is nice that you know who is an author of the label, but sorry you didnt convince me.
Everything without an accurate label is crap. If they are not able to keep basic rules, it shouldnt be taken seriously.

What is exactly disrespectful? Lmao. It doesn't represent modern Czech people although those Czechs are similar to modern Czechs. It's just ancient samples of individuals that were found in different countries from different time periods such as neolithic, bronze age, early medieval ages etc.
The early medieval Czechs that were found were Slavic speakers from year 600. Genetically similar to East Germanic. They were first labeled as bronze age as they seemed very similar to bronze age samples. The Slavic label is based on what language they spoke and not genetics if it offends you that much. You're obviously the one with an issue here, but your issues and complexes don't really have place here.
Other then that , what are you complaining about? I agree these calcs and programs are not the best for ancestry report or even detect medieval north / central european ancestry in Albanians for examples.
Getting Czech or Polak or whatever in this doesn't mean such ancestry, especially when everyone is getting it, including Greeks. You cannot detect some magical medieval ancestry from samples that are similar to a population that you don't really get in other oracles as top matches etc.
These things cannot be used for a conclusive ancestry report. Rather just gives you closest to the samples they have.
If you wanna understand Czech genetics, you can do it yourself, take a lot of czech samples , make an average or whatever etc and compare them to average neighboring populations if you really wanna make a point.
Also, I don't think you got or read what I said before as you were wrong and accusing Polish nationalism and forum members here etc. for the Slavic label.

Why the hell are you telling me that? Do I claim the opposite or what?
Could you read my previous post again, please.
The way samples are labeled is whats going on here.
Maybe the author of the discussion knows who is the author of the label.

i think it is best not to look at the all mix periods togather
but in each category alone:
bronze age, iron age
mesolitic , neolithic ,copper age
neolithic
mix all of these groups is wierd
like in the first category
i score 3.95% mesolitic motola
but this hunter genes didn't disappear it is probably hiding in the early slav in the total ......

Not always. Some people can have more direct ancestry form older times, some not. In some corners mesolithic and neolithic ancestry lasted longer.

There are dozen Bronze age Hungarians. Generally similar to each other more or less. When comparing variant first and second, some other samples influence what Hungarian would be more close to you. In one mode BR2 and other RISE254.

thanks so they are similar to each other more or less :)
i am asking because i read this
: http://eurogenes.blogspot.co.il/2016/01/spatio-temporal-segment-sharing.html
if br2 played role i guess some other bronze age hungarians :)
Elevated segment sharing between BR2 and present-day speakers of Baltic and Slavic languages suggests that BR2, or his close relatives, contributed genealogically in a significant way to the Balto-Slavic expansions that affected most of East Central and Eastern Europe during the Iron Age and early Medieval period.
kind regards

thanks
what is the difference between your report and mlukasz report
you both use eurogenes k36 ancient method ?
don't tell me the maps
is it that in mlukasz there is total periods report also ?
regards
Adam
Nope. I have different eras and I have three of them, not two. I can also add a 4th era (the oldest one) if you want, but the number of samples for this era is small compared to other 3 periods.
Mlukas has samples from my 4 eras divided into just 2 eras. His older era lumps together Pre-Neolithic (like Motala SHG) with Post-Yamnaya (like CWC and BB) and everything in-between, which means that it covers a timespan of at least 6000 years.
His younger era is also at least 3000-3500 years long.
My three eras are only 1500-2500 years long each.

ok,
what do you think of the total regions
that he gives in the end
for me it is very hard to except that the 12% hunter i got from ancient origins dissapear
i also score 11.9% in mdlp 11 in gedmatch .{ yes i know it is not a lot but it is still there and i don't believe it is gone it is above noise level}
and those calculator actuality based on my autosomal raw data allells and not on eurogenes k36 .
i think the best is calculator that is from your autosomal .
anyway kudos for him for the effort and that he is doing it for free he is kind and much appreciate it .

No you do it right. There isn't any opracle for K36 on Gedmatch. You can post results here and I will do in free time:)

Oh, that would be nice, thank you ! 'Cause I'm a bit lost in the process, the other calc program was easier to use for me lol.

Ok, how you do the nMonte?
1. Download programm "R" for Windows (https://cran.r-project.org/bin/windows/base/R-3.4.1-win.exe) or Mac (https://cran.r-project.org/bin/macosx/ but it is more complicated probably).
2. Install it.
3. Download nMonte itself https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B4Uc-Zlam2jBdktEWjlYeFA0bnM
4. Unpack it for example in folder c: \nMonte
Above points you do only once:)
5. Open "R" programm, choose in "File" option "change directory" (or maybe in English version is "change folder") and select this where you unpack so for example c: \nMonte
http://i65.tinypic.com/n6tizq.jpg
http://i66.tinypic.com/2hwmqsi.jpg
Now you must only prepare file with your results.
6. Open in folder c: \nMonte file "test.txt" and what you see here are components values, you must enter yours. Open it in simple Notepad, not excel. Remmeber that must be one blank line below components values. Save it of course after.
http://i65.tinypic.com/2zej700.jpg
7. Now in "R" simply past this command:
for all ages:
source('nMonte2.R')
getMonte('k36ancient.csv', 'test.csv')
for all ages (only culture averages):
source('nMonte2.R')
getMonte('K36ancient-averages.csv', 'test.csv')
for hg to neolithic:
source('nMonte2.R')
getMonte('K36ancient_HG-Neolithic.csv', 'test.csv')
for hg to chalcolithic:
source('nMonte2.R')
getMonte('k36ancient_HG_neolithic_CHL.csv', 'test.csv')
for neolithic to chalcolithic:
source('nMonte2.R')
getMonte('K36ancient-neolithic-CHL.csv', 'test.csv')
for neolithic to Bronze Age:
source('nMonte2.R')
getMonte('K36ancient-neolithic-BA.csv', 'test.csv')
for chalcolithic to Bronze Age:
source('nMonte2.R')
getMonte('K36-CHL-BA.csv', 'test.csv')
for Bronze Age to Iron Age:
source('nMonte2.R')
getMonte('k36ancient_BA_IA.csv', 'test.csv')
for Bronze Age to early medieval:
source('nMonte2.R')
getMonte('k36ancient_BA_IA-EMA.csv', 'test.csv')
If you press "Enter" i see this or similar, you are on a good path.
http://i66.tinypic.com/2j2hulx.jpg
So I added every combination now (except only "one age oracles" but if you want I can add)
I'm waiting for Baltic and Bell Beaker samples, it will be fun:)
