Thanks for your opinions. Everybody agrees on Alpinid-med. For your info I live in Milan province, area Brianza which was populated by insubrian celts first and longobards afterwords (and romans of course). Where I live is very nearby the Alps and Como Lake, i.e. around 50 kms from Switzerland, so it makes sense to be "alpinid". I thought that my father could have been something different because he had a very peculiar phisionomy with not too dark hair, amber eyes but with an almond shape eyes (which cannot be seen well as an ancient person in the photo). His skin colour was quite red (which can be seen in the photo). Not very frequent face in my area. In spite of this all my ancestors were from Lombardy as far as I know and moreover all from the Brianza area.
