Yeah, this issue is pretty overblown and sensationalized. Yeah, it does happen that some Chinese companies (typically a no name, shady one) would use fake White employees to boost their image (to appear more cosmopolitan, international), though it's not common and this is seen as pretty cynical and the practice is actually dying out because people are on to that game now.

It's actually a demeaning business if you really think about it, just some shady and unsophisticated businessman and some clueless broke expat trying to get a gig.

In the 90s China was dirt poor and just emerging from it's isolation. So foreigners were seen as novelties.

I wouldn't say Chinese people think of foreigners as "filthy gaijin (or laowai in mandarin)" but China is definitely an ethnocentric society. People in general don't go out of their way for foreigners, but if foreigners learn to speak Chinese or learn Chinese culture, they are usually treated in a pretty friendly and welcoming manner. At the core, Chinese people are way less insular than Japanese people and it is easier to develop close friendships with Chinese people than the Japanese, who tend to be more polite on the outside but closed off on the inside.

I'm not Christian, most Chinese are not religious. Although a large minority are Christian.

Being a police officer or serving in the military (as long as they aren't corrupt) is more honorable than being a businessman, even if it's not as profitable.

First of all MENA's are not OWDers and would never want to be White. We call them Banu Al-Asfar, and for the most part we were our traditional clothing even outside our nations. Most Arabians are very proud, and don't care about Whites or want to be Whites.

dont think so, the chinese we meet in serbia and in austria usually like us as much as white people if not more. i get always some extras in restaurant and shop. they are very friendly, but maybe its their nature, i didnt noticed any worse treatment then whites. the chinese in my restaurant know my mum and they immediately serve her what she usually buys, give her a small gift etc. a small extra. last time they said i have same eyes as my mum. maybe they think we are indians.

What you see below fits to what I said many times basing on what I had observed, i.e. that actors and hosts in Far East programmes and movies are definetly more caucasian looking and/or more white than the average population. And it doesn;t only apply to the Far East. In Middle Eastern and Indian countries it seems to be similar.
