Sarmatian I0574 - 8.75 %

^^^
I get Sarmatian Pokrovka I0574, but some Poles get Scythian Ismailovo Is2 - these samples are similar, so interchangeable. Mezhovskaya (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mezhovskaya_culture) culture samples are also good fits for this Late Steppe ancestry.

so you end up being about 87% medieval Polish and Slavic? seems like it should be accurate for a pole

Yeah it seems so.

I get 75% to 50% East European on various tests (depending on what algorithm they use), but those Medieval Slavs were not 100% East European (and most likely even Proto-Slavs weren't).

RISE569 (Early Medieval Slavic) in DNA.Land:

For comparison here is me in DNA.Land:

And here RISE598 (Late Bronze Age Sudovia):

RISE598 is from Turlojiske, Lithuania/Poland border:

But RISE598 was not Slavic - he was Baltic.

Still you don't see how sensless it is?

100% slavic Balt? :picard2:The north Slavic component contains Lithuania on DNA land. So it doesn't just stand for Slavic.
