Peter Naimski

Even his surname is developed from hebrew word.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Piotr_Naimski

He comes from the family (https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Piotr_Naimski#.C5.BBycie_prywatne) baptized in Lvov's cathedra in 1759, what he did
explain in the interview for the newspaper "Republic" before 1997 election.

Here more about it: http://naimski.pl/782/

Probably the most famous modern exemplar of a Frankist.
I did not even know that he is, until recently coincidently I got it.

Zdzisław Antoni Jeziorański, known as John Nowak-Jeziorański.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jan_Nowak-Jeziora%C5%84ski

His ancestor (https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jan_Nowak-Jeziora%C5%84ski#Dzieci.C5.84stwo_i_wczesna_m.C5.8 2odo.C5.9B.C4.87), Joseph Jeziorański of Busk together with the wife Eve
Orłowska, were jewish frankists, and became baptized in 1759 in Lvov.

John Kapliński, estonian writer.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jaan_Kaplinski

On the one hand, this book creates the image of the father,
and in a broader sense, it is the reconstruction of the whole
Polish-Jewish paternal lineage back to a Frankist (http://www.estlit.ee/elis/?cmd=writer&id=46378&txt=16345) religious sect.
