Yeah, but I meant it doesn't match as well with geneology as the calcs. that uses modern components like baltic, north_atlantic etc. rather than actual ancient populations such as WHG, SHG, Natufians etc.

Dimensionality of the plot is problematic for Europeans. It pretty much throws all Europeans into a straight line and on a cline. You are near Croatia on this one. There is also no German reference.

No, it was a typo actually. Didn't have enough Natufian; just the slightest bit north of Albania marker.

OK, I'm shutting this down. If I can think of another good PCA, I'll do it at some point, but this one wasn't very interesting for me.
