What do you think Italian showing up for Latinos/Iberians on 23andme really means? Is it Sephardic-Jewish ancestry/admixture, or is it actual REAL authentic Italian blood? etc..
Any theories/opinions?

Interesting post. What does this "Italian admixture" mean? That Maciamo guy suggests "Roman" but more exactly? Something central-Mediterranean (maybe with a small part of steppe genes carried by Italics)?

It's just a label. It's something that peaks between Molise and Abruzzo.
