Here we have a typical exemplar of Alexander the Great illyrian soldier descendent, from the time they invaded India.

Most ghegs from old pictures looked like a derivative of this dinarid type.

Looks nothing like the man from OP or any gheg,also its worth mentioning that OP look is the norm among ghegs wheras i rarely see it anywere else in Europe.
