Alpine-Med. No Turanid influence, I agree with Columella.
Could easily pass as Southern European.

I found a close pic of her eyes. I don't think it justifies Central Asian or Turanian elements.
So the only elements left are:
- somewhat flat face padding (but it's common also in many Slavs and sometimes found in west)
- what seems like thick black hair (but is it black? Is it naturallly straight?) common however in Georgians and west Asians
- high cheeckbones (again common in Eastern Europeans, but also in Britain Ireland)

Even this close pic clearly shows her central aian elements. You can see it more clearly at these pics:

I don't think it's enough. Also she wears make up that elongates the eye, which seems popular in Turkey.
That girl seems overall and dominantly Southern European, similar types may occur in Central Asia but are of Caucasoid rather than mongoloid inspiration.
I think we should get clear if there is a effective difference between an Eurasian (Western+ Asian mix) and the
Turanian type or race which Coon describes as
a mixture between a mongoloid and a long-faced local Mediterranean strain, giving a pseudo-Armenoid appearance. Note the long, straight, coarse beard, a common feature among individuals of this type, which von Eickstedt calls Turanid.
So we need to isolate the peculiar features of the Turanian type:
- towards Brachycefaly
- hair type (coarse, straight usually)
- often high face
- small eyes, often with epicanthus at varying degrees.
- high cheeckbones.
- usually a high, ripid arrow nose etc.
Maybe this guy is a good example.

Caucasoid/Mongoloid intermediates.
Japanese/English mix could be an example of Eurasian.

So in short "oriental" or pseudo oriental eyes maybe not sintomatic with "Turanian " like blue eyes are not sintomatic with Nordic...
