A bit of a weird question, but does race or phenotype play a big part in size of forehead/hairline

my friend and i were discussing how we noticed that the majority of eastern europeans in our area seem to have large foreheads,67195
and in the older men, receding or high hairlines. it also seems that west asian women in particular seem to have low hairlines and small foreheads like this woman here:67194
is this a universal thing or just a coincidence in my area? if it is universal is there an explanation? I'm aware that this is probably a strange question but hopefully someone knows something about this and can educate me haha. responses are greatly appreciated, thanks.

It's not a strange question at all.

I always first notice the size of the forehead and the size/placement of teeth. These are quick identifiers for me, amongst others.

BTW: Men's hair-loss is well studied matter (= have to be today) and is strongly a familial trait (genes)? Are there any studies among which European ethnics that is the most common?
