Norid. He passes in northern Italy, France, Switzerland, etc. Alps region.
Then again some of the north Aegean islands way back used to speak Rhaetian/Etruscan type languages which also were spoken in the Alps.

To be honest i don't think norid influence in north Italy comes from etruscans :)
it's mostly ostrogothic

No but I do think the man pictured would pass in northern Italy and that general region.

No way it's mostly ostrogothic. Norid in italy is most likely Italic, proto-Italic, proto Italo-Celtic and proto-Villanovian and bla bla bla.

Sure.

I have seen similar types in other parts of the country, I don't think they are unique

Not sure what it is but North Aegean Islands falls under Thracian Sea so that might have something to do with it.?

Actually the myth of Vampires started from Aegean islands and then moved to Romania and other countries
"the folklore for the entity we know today as the vampire originates almost exclusively from early 18th-century southeastern Europe,[1] when verbal traditions of many ethnic groups of the region were recorded and published."
You could literally just assume he's a WASP if he lived in America or Canada.
