I'm actually not familiar with this phenotype...closest thing I can think of is maybe Dinarid+Alpine or something Asiatic/West_Asian/Caucasus.

He looks like a Southern Slav, with Turkish admixture.

Noric/Dinaric but lips look very Slavic to me :-D

He is mostly Dinarid.
