Burak Hakkı is Turk from Western Thrace which now lies in Greece. And he is not so N. Atlandid.

Looks kind of Eurasian to me (espacially in pictures 1 -3 -6 -8). Very beautiful stare.
Not north atlantid but definitly white to me. Can pass pretty well as New Worlder.

Has considerable North Atlantic features but his eyes say otherwise. Good looking chap.

As a side note, I don't think he would have received opinions of being Eurasian looking if his nationality wasn't revealed by OP.
