Did antic egyptian closer to coptes or arabs egyptian?

Both, and the ancient Egyptians cluster not only with Copts but also with Palestinians, Jordanians, Bedouins, Samaritans and Arabians. The people that had preserved the culture of Egypt are definitely the Copts though.
