Various "Baltids"
Noric/Dinaric
North Pontid/Pontid
Corded/East Nordic
Gorid/Alpine

(Poland in general, more south you get more darker phenotypes you'll see, and more north you get more Nordid phenotypes you'll see, except former Prussian lands which are inhabited by polonized Ukrainians and Belarusians + some Poles from Central parts who lost their homes during the war.)

As far as i see, Mediterranean phenotypes, Alpines are the most common but turanid influenced phenotypes Anatolid/Armenoid phenotypes are also relatively common but it depends on the place. Like you won't find too many Anatolids in the West compared to the East.

In southern Italians it is likely various combinations of Dinarid, Alpine, Mediterranean, and Armenoid.

Native Greeks are mostly Med, I and some others call that Greek phenotype as Aegean Med. Usually with Alpine influences too.
