She looks like Mandy Moore in the last pic.
She looks a bit like a fair-haired version of Marina Golchenko from the Cossack Choir in the first pic.

The freckles are throwing me off though. Because of them and her fair complexion, my first impression was Irish + Russian Jewish.
There are many fair-complexioned people like her in Tel Aviv and other modern cities of Israel.
I have an even fairer complexion myself but I have dark hair, and I don't have freckles.
