The eyes. But anyway it goes with what I said because there is some East Asian influence in Turks that makes them look like some Amerindian admixed New worlders. The question is why would a full German look like either of those, though. I do not find either one of them to look Italian.

Imo he looks castizo specially when unbearded. I'm not even talking about the pigmentation, but some features, as lips and nose, for example.
