Sure, no one would doubt he was native, he is rather typical. More west-med looking imo.

Pan-Southern Europe.

His origine is Albanian from the Arberesh diaspora in Italy, later migrated in Argentine. He is descendant of Muzaka family (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muzaka_family). But he has nothing Albanian, he looks Spanish, etc.
