From a purely phenotypical perspective, can possibly pass as far north as Norway. In terms of overall look, I'd guess him as German, but obviously can be Balkan as well. Phenotype to me is Subnordid + CM

He looks like Tore Tvedt, but Tore doesn't really look Norwegian. The media regularly tease him for it.

A couple people I know here who are Norwegian-American (I believe 100%) look similar to this person in a phenotypical sense, but that may just be an atypical Norwegian look too. The population is somewhat skewed here (mostly from near Trondheim), so that may also explain it. Not sure though.

Vittu perkele, I am too dark for Finland my frend, but I have tendencies to learn Finish lang fast aswel the accent.
