He was with the Ospreys and Dragons and now has joined the Scarlets. He was the youngest ever Welsh player to be capped internationally when playing against Italy in 2010 at the age of 18.

He can pass. Mainly in the South and Southeast.
There are similar types to him, but North Atlantids aren't really that common among Italians, Portuguese, Spaniards and Germans, so he would be a bit atypical.

Passes in Britain, Ireland, Northern France, Belgium, to some extent in The Netherlands.
