Sometimes geno and pheno do not correlate with each other, her eyes are blue/gray btw.

Colonization does that. If you add the trace results and middle eastern gets to 64%. Which is what I thought she would be, a little less but..

That's a good question, I guess they have a hard time differentiating, or don't have many south american natives samples, this could lead it to be bad determined, meaning that the native percentages could be higher or lower, because they don't have the proper samples to compare to.

ON Topic: i have made a pic with around 70 argentine faces+gedmatch result ordered by caucasian level and phenotypes seem to be pretty random. I mean as a group pheotypes make sense but on individual revels you can have somebody who is 70% euro being blonde blue eyed and somebody who is 71% euro being dark as fuck.

me neither XD, gedmatch seems to split her african into 15% west and 5% east, although im not sure if its all bantu. But one thing is for certain it comes from a long time ago, maybe 16th/17th century even.

I think she looks the same in almost all of the pictures, but I prefer to show old pictures, cause shes close to 70 years old.
