Photoshop makeover

I while ago i tried to make a Arab girl look more european using photoshop. So i thought we could do the same here. If you have knowledge in photoshop(or similar) then just post a before and after pic.

If you dont have photoshop skills, then you can also suggest a person you want to go through "Extreme photoshop makeover" by me or any other person who is familiar with manipulating images.:D

I dont know what that girl really is. I remember searching for "Arab" on google. My point was to make non-europeans look more european:)
