No - he ist British/Irish looking,
In Austria there are less than 10 % true Redheads, most of them are Northwestern (strong or obese).

Hallstatt is Redused Kurgan Nordid
the Anglo-Saxon is Hallstatt+little Cro Magnon(triangle in the upper part of the nose connected to the eyebrows)
the Tronder is Kurgan Nordid+little Cro Magnon
Kurgan Nordid is Mesolithic-Neolithic
Hallstatt ... North Iranid ... North Pontid are Bronze age and after

So what? Modern Austrians are genetically different than Iron Age inhabitants of Austria.
Iron Age Austrians were genetically more western, more like modern Irish and British.
