Once czech Praga was also a capital of Germany, so we have something in common :)

In Warsaw there's also the Praga district, notorious for its criminality. The East side of the Vestula river is the 'rough part' of the city.

Not so much as in previous decades.
But it wasn't like that always. Just after the war, communists
did settle there bunch of primitives from everywhere...
