I dont agree that BJP hates Roma though. Actually Modis government made the step to recognise Roma as Indian diaspora, the government before didnt. Hindu nationalists also dont hate dalits, some prominent BJP members are dalits themselfes, and Modi is a low caste himself not exactly dalit but other backward caste or like that.

well i think there is diversity in india and it is highly stratified but not only along caste lines but also along regional and ethnic lines etc. the rule is that dalits are less westeuroasian then brahmins, but its not always like that. this dude doesnt strike me as that dark, the dude who is now president doesnt strike me as that dark. Modi is also not that dark.

Quite fuzzy to concretely say this (or that) , let us see through a clearer lens .

Now , they* mostly have been accorded as vaanar & reechh in BJP/RSS's ramayana of thrones . Indispensable sub-humans , in layman's words . So while the manuvaadi mindset is deeply entrenched in the collective psyche of their(BJP/RSS's) higher functionaries , on the surface , they please them court them so as to lure them in performing acts very crucial as well as much abominable than some manual scavenging while keeping their hands clean , besides ofc adding count to their electoral base . However , a good enough section already realize this & hence very much against BJP (I personally know a high ranking dalit who can't go for long without erupting against BJP on a frequent basis) .
