He was maternally from the Shammar tribe, from the same clan as mine the Al-Jebalis, except mine decided to settle in Iraq, after the British invasion.

His mom was Syrian

She was Shammari from the same clan. It's said she is from Nafaud, and is descendants of Al-Rashid. The British dogs expelled us into Syria and Iraq. They call them Al-Jebalis as they came from Jebal Shammar and they are not under the command of Al-Jarba like the other clans in Syria and Iraq. The Al-Jebalis tend to be pro saudi due to intermarriage, and blame the British. Al-Jebalis settled Jordan, Iraq and Syria.

Compared to other clans and tribes we preserved the typical Arabian peninsula look in both Iraq and Syria

What do you think about the Najdis pushing the Hashemite Hijazis out of Arabia, in the same fashion as the Brits pushed other Arabians out?

The Hashamites were British allies like the Al-Sauds. The British expelling the Hashamites was because the British can use them to block the Al-Sauds from conquring Jordan. The Al-Saud and Hashamites are both British puppets, but the House of Al-Rashid and the people of Jebal Shammar have refused to be protectorate, and resisted the British aims for colonization and fought them. So it's very different situation.

Can you elaborate more on the House of Rashid and Shammari people?

And, what is "being a British puppet" to you? Are you ok with having Western trade partners?

The Shammar is an Arabian tribe, that originate from Yemenite tribe of Tayy, but they have taken a lot of North Arabian elements. They migrated from Yemen to Northern Arabia, and lived in a mountain area which they called Jebal Shammar. The House of Al-Rashid was a ruling clan of the region, and often maintained warm relationship with the Ottoman empire but maintaining independence. However some other Shammar clans would migrate to Iraq and Syria, but those are not from the main center or the Jebal Shammar. However in 1921, Jebal Shammar is destroyed by the British, where many of this clan migrate to Jordan,Iraq and Syria, often keeping with their Bedouin origins, and are pro-Saudi, different from the other clans that have settled in the region.

Supporting British interest both economically, politically at the expense of their own people. Yes of course, but it has to be mutual relationship not parasitic like what Anglo-America and Britain, due plunder the oil of the region, and other natural resources.

Thank you for the information about Arabian tribes.

As far as being fair in business, I agree with you. But maybe I am clueless as to how the British have been parasitic exactly. Can you explain it from your perspective? I'm sure you have knowledge that I do not have. Also, the British were more heavily invested in Persian oil, not Arabian oil. Americans were invested in Arabian oil. And the French in North African oil. (Generally speaking.)

The way it looks though ---
"Islamic" revolutions start happening whenever it is time for Western investors to make their profits. It seems like oil countries want all of the revenue, they don't want to share it with the investors who set up their oil operations. Do you think fulfilling your portion of the business arrangement means that you are being taken advantage of? If you had a problem with the terms of these contracts, why enter into them only to breach them later, which would prompt invasions?

I understand your perspective, and, I hope you do not think I am being argumentative or rude. I am just trying to understand.
