Ages ago I posted her in my "Female members of the Knesset" thread. To me she has an interesting look, in the sense that I could see her to some extent passing in both Southern Europe and conversely South Asia.

I agree but she also looks quite versatile at the same time and could pass for a whole range of ethnicities.

Gosh...really hard to evaluate. So she seems to be fully Mizrahi Jewish (seems 100% Iraqi Jewish from what I could tell), so that is perhaps an important and/or useful thing to note. In terms of fit, I do not see her passing as European anywhere (including Spain). I can't fully rank, but will try to place in general bins/categories:

Passes easily: Iraq, Iran, Syria (pretty atypical though)

Passes as atypical (strangely): Pakistan, NW India (maybe?)

Does not pass anywhere else IMO...Perhaps as highly atypical Lebanese or Jordanian

She doesn't look Iberian to me. Would fit much better in Israel, Lebanon or Syria.
In Europe I think she only fits in Greece and Cyprus (this is one of the rare types I could see as Greek but not as Sicilian).
