Yes. A little like Soraya Saenz, only more angular-faced.

Atlanto-Med & Alpine to my eyes. Would guess as Iberian or French; obviously in a phenotypical sense could pass as Italian too, but I think on average, she fits better in Iberia or France.

Soraya Saenz belongs to an alpinized West Med type with facial traits that are quite common in the Iberian Peninsula. She looks like the daughter of Portuguese writer Manuela Gonzaga (my mother has this kind of look also):

Yeah I too don't see resemblance between the Portuguese politician and Soraya Saenz.
