Where can he or she pass problem?

Some people on this forum asks where someone can pass. Now, we all think that a mediterranid cannot pass in Finland or Sweden. However, there are also Mediterranid type ethnic Finns and Swedes. So, isn't it weird to ask where somebody can pass?

I have always maintained that everyone can pass anywhere they're not too bizarre looking for local standards. Common people aren't anthronerds.
