New dna test 7 years later

I did a dna test 7 years ago, and i just ordered a new one, will the new one be more specific
Now when companies have progressed with their dna stuff?

Last test if i remember correctly i had the following

44% italy/greece
32% scandinavian
Like 2% caucasus
And rest like brit/west eu/iberian pen in small %

Will i get a different resault this time?

Also where are these appearences common?

Pretty thick unibrow
Straight nose bridge

Horn like curly hair growth far down the back of the neck on each side
