Yes, similar enough but also with some differences. Pontics have naturally some dinaroid tendencies, sloping foreheads while Atlanto-Meds have straight foreheads, the facial features of Pontics are usually softer and with less robust or jawlines/chins. Atlantos are also more long headed and dolichocephalic.

Think it looks very Greek to be honest - don't think he will pass outside of Greece. Won't pass in Bulgaria with majority from Bulgaria nor in Albania nor in Turkey. Likely pass in Romania. Greco-Roman soldier left over :D
