Seems mesocephalic, I would say med component is present. He's got a high-rooted concave nose and a bit of proganthism going on which dominates his chin, very similar to what's visible in many south Slavs (check out Squatting Slav TV, he's somewhat similar), which I'd attribute to East Baltid admixture - it would explain the slanted eye shape, although it may be Turanid instead. Pigmentation is middle eastern, very dark eyes and hair. The brow ridge is unusual, I do not know what to attribute it to.

Actually, i don't see slanted eyes. But however.
