116 men with surname "Černek" live in the Czech republic. But I would guess the surname is of Slovakian origin.

In Berní rula (list of taxpayers of Bohemia, dated in 1650s), is mentioned some Šimon Černek, farmer at Nečtiny (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ne%C4%8Dtiny), Bohemia
