I'd guess Peloponnese (Laconia/) based on her name but she certainly wouldn't be out of place in Thessaly, Roumeli, Epirus, Macedonia.

To answer the DNA question, Peloponnese have less Slavic input and are more genetically "western" (i.e. some of them go in the direction of Tuscans, Iberians, and north Italians).

I'm Peloponnesian Greek so I'm biased but the Peloponnesians I've known can range from South to North Italian looking to Iberian, French, Central Euro, Baltic (less so).

I find that Laconians and Tsakonians often look more Italian, while people from the inland regions show more northern influences. The rest of Peloponnesians look western to me.
