Dinaric and Noric are different, Austrians are different than Balkaner Dinarids, not just pigmentation..But its hard to say whether blond dinarids are norics or just depigmented dinarids..

Blondness in dinarids can come from balkan borreby while norics have hallstatt nordic component unlike dinarics who have pontic/atlanto-med so its not just matter of pigmentation.
