for the members living in non western countries. how are young people introduced in to the work? are they helped by their families or left alone like in western countries?

i know but if you have social anxiety or other issues you do need someone help. well it would be better be helped by a brother or friend ... otherwise the parents.

I guess it depends on the job. I'm not sure if you mean getting the job or attending it. Because, yes, some people do get a job through family connections.

no you dont understand . i mean some people need to be pushed in finding a job by the people around them. if they feel insecure they need encouragement

I thought you meant relatives coming at your workplace with you. That definitely wouldn't help xD

I'm not sure about whether there's a difference between West and East in that, it probably depends on the family.
