Nah, being against the poor is kind of a code-word for being against Blacks/mixed people in Brazil. It's easier to be racist if you pretend you are against poor people in Latin America. Same thing with people who are against Northeastern Brazilians. That's why she even used words like "sub-raça". We all know what she implied by saying that.

She didnt say anything about any ethnicity in general. She was against people from Méier and there are a plenty of whites there. And she said those dirty people arent Brazilians but a sub race. Suburbians from Méier can be anything. She lives in Copacabana, copa has favelas as i showed above but she didnt care about them, only about people from suburbs. And I bet my ass there are more mixed and blacks in Copa favelas.

If that was a thing she would complain about favelados because they do live in copacabana and visited the beach way before people from méier, they even use the suburbian word for them(people from meier and the whole north zone) in the end of that video.
