Classify this Jewish American

I think he does actually look Sicilian.

He is half Ashkenazi and half Sephardi.

I think he looks a little Sicilian, but he can possibly pass as French as well. There is something to "northern" about the shape of his face to be %100 Sicilian. He looks mostly like what he is - a Jewish guy. Although I think the mix of Sephardic and Ashkenazi improves the look.

Looks mostly Atlantid, but shows some Semitic(?) in terms of aspects of the facial shape, IMO. Hard to classify more specifically than that; I'd certainly guess him as European before Middle Eastern though.

His hair texture is very similar to me and my family members, and his face does look more Jewish than anything, but he can pass in European countries like France, Italy and etc.

I agree with you and Oscar pearl about him looking French , he can pass as italian but he doesent have that southern italian/Sicilian vibe specifically.

He has absolutely the wrong hairstyle for his face,
It elongates even more an already extremely long face.
I don’t think he could pass inSicily more than in Rome or Milan and slightly atypical overall.

Have seen other mixed Ashkenazi-Sephardic individuals who look similar. To the extent that he looks Italian (I don't think he does in a typical sense), I agree with Columella that I don't think he looks any more Sicilian compared with anywhere else in Italy. Looks almost like mix of French (or maybe Spaniard) with a bit of a MENA component. Just my two cents though...
