There's a concept called "gay face" in the U.S, dunno about Brazil or other countries.

IIRC gays are more likely to be left-handed or so I've read. For what its worth, I'm left-handed. :P

Somewhat. Gays are all over the map phenotype wise but there usually is, but not always, a certain look that says "I'm smelling cookies."
