Are they from Latin America? The kids in the second pic remind me of those tribes in Peru.

It's impossible to classify a children but, in a more broad sense, they look simply Euro-Mongoloid.

As usual Odin wins! Yes, they are from Peru. They are obviously highly atypical for that nation, infact they call them "gringuitos" or "little gringos". Gringo is the nickname for North americans, but it seems that this ethnicity is not "modern" but very ancient. Nobody knows where they could come from.
Following a russian theory, one of the various populations that reached America in pre-colombian times were the Scythians, a population with features that could be similar to the one of these gringuitos as they were very blond and blue eyed but they travelled together other ethnic people which could be turanid.

For the chronicle, the scythians reached also Europe. As far as we know they arrived until half Germany, Austria, Poland, the Balkans, and probably the british isles, if we believe in the medieval books of England and Ireland. In my opinion, as there were no walls unlike it happens today in Europe, they could have reached also Southern regions and baltic regions. The blondism comes from the Steppes!

One of their haplogroups was the R1a. I don't remember the other haplogroups they brought with them. Maybe someone has the books of Marija Gimbutas where she explains when, where and how.....
