European Parliament : Anti-Semitism to be subject to freezing and confiscation orders

Freezing and confiscation of assets is an important tool to combat terrorist financing but also other criminal activities. A new EU regulation will permit the confiscation of assets generated by these criminal activities. On Monday, the European Parliament’s Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs, voted the report on the mutual recognition of freezing and confiscation orders.
