Metrically Nordic-Mediterranean. Quite close to Coon’s Keltic type. Some elements maybe remind his “Borreby” (features, face width?)
Nose seems broken though. Profile alone I would guess Russian.

His face is quite long and tending towards a leptoprosopic shape so he is certainly not purely Borreby, whom typically have a broad meso-euryprosopic face and moderately neotenic facial features. I'd classify him as a Borreby with significant Dinaroid influence.
