Not stereotypical. But his type was probably present among a minority of Italics/Latins.

Old men tend to look the same in Europe.
Once the hair goes white and wrinkles arrive National difference tend to level and we mainly rely on eyes and cultural expression.
The man seems an Alpine-Dinaric and certainly many Romans have an Alpine-Dinaric look.
As I repeated many times Ancient Romans don’t accomodate well the XIX and XX rigid and national based typology systems we use here.
