They are 3/4 black 1/4 white. Most people consider themselves as just black

It highly depends on which were original ethnicities (Caucasian and non-Caucasian). The variety within any of the 'races' is big.
Then, of course, it highly depends on the individuals as well.

For an 'average' case, my choice is a little East Asian or Amerindian admixture.

I voted for criollo and castizo for both genders. Ainoco girls specially get really nice features as well.
