What is the difference between Eastern Alpinid and Western Alpinid?

I have seen so many people are classified as Alpine, especially in the Eastern Europe.
An Eastern Alpine is a Gorid(Alpine+Baltid)?

I am not sure but as I know East Alpinids overall have taller eye orbits and taller stature.
