Posting this to show my results, but moreso because I'm intrigued by the differences between them. On my fathers side I have a lot of Dutch ancestry, my surname is Dutch, I have proven relation to at least 4-5 straight generations of Dutch through New Netherlands yet Central or Western European doesn't show up on really anything. Also does anyone have any idea if the Southeast Europe could show up as Middle Eastern on the myheritage?

The way that these calculators work as far as I know is that they have a bunch of clusters like Scandinavian, southeast Europe, Finnish etc. If they're any good (usually dependent on how much of your genome they cover) they'll be quite accurate in terms of ~accurately giving you a estimation of your admixture in terms of races (European, African and Amerindian for example).
However the problem arises when you split for example "British Isles" and " Scandinavian" as the two share a lot genetically and even if it is very possible to split the two (especially when someone is fully Brit or fully Scando) it's more difficult if you add in... say Romanian admixture ;) This is because the calculator is now not as sure as to what clusters (and how much of those) to divide your genome into. 50% Romanian + 50% Norwegian can also be interpreted as Greek/ Italian + French/ German + British isles for example. It's basically the calculator fitting you with the clusters that fits your genome the most. It doesn't mean that you're not Dutch (ethnically).
Gedmatch works in a way that the clusters are the "components" such as on K15 it would be; "north_atlantic, north_sea, baltic, east_med" etc. Then after you press oracles a calculator will find through it's algorithm what admixture of samples it has (that already have been ran through the calculator and already has average of the components) fits your result the best. For example on K13 you got 50% Irish +25% South_Dutch +25% South_Dutch @ 2.747170 distance.
23andme, myheritage etc. works in a different way since north_sea, east_med etc. is comparable to "Finnish, azhkenazi jewish, German/ French etc." That's why I'd say that Gedmatch tells you more overall about what your genome is most like as 23andme for example has a different purpose which is to try to guesstimate your ethnic ancestry.

Cheers, Didn't know the bit about the dividing your clusters worse the more admixture, That makes sense! So what do you feel is the best tool for me on gedmatch to get closest to perfect?

It seems that Eurogenes k15 is the best one for Europeans since it has plenty of European components so you'll usually end up with a population that's actually similar to your genetics unlike a lot of other calculators that end up totally in a different place.

Yeah, one of the calculators shittily placed me at 20% Iberian, haha.

Ah, THIS seems more like it!
